All refund requests will be evaluated fairly on a case-by-case basis.

3. Non-refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds in the following scenarios:

  • Change of mind after the work has already started.
  • Delays caused by client-side in communication or content delivery.
  • If the client decides to stop the project midway for any reason.
  • Once a final deliverable (design, website, content) has been shared or approved.
4. Partial Refunds

In rare cases, if a project is terminated halfway due to mutual agreement, we may consider a partial refund. The amount refunded will be calculated based on the amount of work already completed and resources invested. All such situations must be properly documented and acknowledged by both parties.

5. Refund Process & Timeline

Once a refund is approved:

  • It will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • The refund will be issued through the original mode of payment (bKash, Nagad, card, bank transfer, etc.).
  • A confirmation email will be sent once the process is complete.
6. Disputes and Chargebacks

If a client initiates a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us, we reserve the right to contest the chargeback and provide documented proof of service delivery. Clients are encouraged to communicate and resolve any concerns with us directly before escalating.

7. Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel a project or service before it starts, please notify us in writing via email or contact form. If cancellation is made before any work has begun, a full or partial refund may be issued depending on the circumstances.

8. Service-Specific Refund Conditions

Certain services have their own refund terms. For example:

  • Website Design: Refunds not possible after design concept is approved.
  • SEO: Since SEO results take time, refunds are not offered once work has started.
  • Content Writing: Non-refundable once content has been delivered or revisions started.
9. Refund for Digital Products (if any)

If our agency offers downloadable digital products (e.g., templates, plugins), they are non-refundable once downloaded. We encourage customers to read product descriptions carefully before purchase.
